Master Grade – I			Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. Certificate of Master First Class I.S.V. At least two years’ experience of independently handling of a vessel of not less than 30 nominal horsepower.				Rs.35,400/-
Master Grade – II			Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. Certificate of Master 2nd Class I.S.V. At least 2 years’ experience of independently handling a the craft of 20 horsepower.				Rs.29,200/-
Syrang of Lascar			Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. Two years’ service/experience as a Sukhani of a vessel of not less 20 horsepower. Knowledge of Storm and distress signals, charts and compass.				Rs.25,500/-
Senior Engine Driver			Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. Certificate of competency as a First class Engine driver. Not less than 2 yrs service on a vessel of not less than 225 B.H.P. as in charge				Rs.35,400/-
Engine Driver-II			Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. Two-years service as a Syrang/Tindal on a vessel of over 400 B.H.P.				Rs.29,200/-
Engine Driver			Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. Must have the permit from Mercantile Marine Department for Class III Driver. 2 years’ experience as Crew Engine Room.				Rs.25,500/-
Greaser Group-C			Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. 3 yrs service in a Seagoing vessel				Rs.18,000/-
Fireman			Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. Must know swimming				Rs.18,000/-
Lascer-I			Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. Must know swimming				Rs.18,000/-
Selection Process: Written Test Physical Endurance Test & Swiming Test(Running 800 meters in 07 minutes and swimming 50 meters followed by 02:30 minutes floating and o5 meters jump) Certificates Verification Round
